Frequently asked questions
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. No card is saved and nothing is charged without your say: each period is paid on its own, and we remind you 7 days before it ends so renewing is one click if you want it.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is nothing to cancel, because Pro never renews by itself. You can turn the renewal reminder off from «Subscription & balance» at any time; Pro’s features stay until the end of the paid period, then the account goes back to Free with nothing charged.
What happens to questions I don’t use?
The monthly allowance renews on the 1st of every month, Riyadh time, and what is left does not carry over. Extra questions you top up never expire and are used after the month’s allowance.
Do live-session questions count against my allowance?
No, never. What counts is what you ask Allam on his page, inside lessons, in «Ask PMP» and in the mistake coach. Allam inside a live session, in a graduation project’s team chat and in your personal course never counts.
What are extra questions?
Question packs bought once, on any plan — Free or Pro — without changing it. They never expire and are used once the month’s allowance runs out.
What happens when my Pro period ends?
The account goes back to the free plan with nothing charged, and any extra questions you bought stay in your balance. You can renew at any time: while a period is still running, the new one starts where it ends.
