Terms of use
These terms govern the use of P Certified, its lessons, its live sessions and their recordings. Creating an account or using the platform means agreeing to them.
Using the platform
P Certified gives each learner a personal account for study: recorded lessons, live sessions and their recordings, study materials and assessments.
An account belongs to one person. Its sign-in details are not shared with anyone, and what it opens is for that person's own study.
No recording, capture or redistribution
Lessons, live sessions, their recordings and the materials that come with them belong to P Certified and its instructors.
Recording them by any means — a screen recorder, a camera, a phone or anything else — capturing them in screenshots, or downloading them by any route other than a download button the platform itself offers, is not allowed.
Sharing, uploading, publishing or selling them anywhere, in whole or in part, is not allowed either. The study PDFs the platform offers to download are for personal use, and the same rule on sharing applies to them.
Every video carries your account code
Every lesson, live session and recording shows the code of the account watching it, with the name and the date and time.
The code stays in any copy that is recorded or captured from the screen, so every copy points to the account it came from.
When a leak happens
A copy found outside the platform is traced to the account whose code it shows.
That account can be suspended at once: it is signed out on every device, and no sign-in to it works while the case is reviewed. Access to the content may be withdrawn for good, and P Certified keeps every remedy the law gives it.
Reporting a leak and taking a copy down
A P Certified lesson or session found outside the platform — on a channel, a group, a website or a file share — can be reported to pe@pcertified.com, with the link, where it was found and, where possible, a screenshot that shows the code. Reports are kept confidential.
P Certified then asks the service hosting the copy to remove it, under that service's copyright procedure, and follows the request up until the copy is gone.
Takedown questions from rights holders and platforms go to the same address, pe@pcertified.com.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page is the one in force, and significant changes are announced on the platform.
